    Jeff Lowe is a partner at Kightlinger & Gray in New Albany, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. He is chair of the Employment and Civil Rights practice group. He regularly defends governmental entities and their employees throughout Southern Indiana and Kentucky. His practice focuses on defense of governmental entities and their employees on issues ranging from constitutional torts to zoning matters to employment issues, as well as state law claims made against his governmental clients.

    Nick is a partner in the Kightlinger & Gray Indianapolis office with a diverse litigation practice. Throughout his career, Nick has handled a broad spectrum of civil tort litigation, with particular emphasis on Professional Liability, Construction Litigation, Creditor’s Rights, and Privacy/Data Security. He has experience working with attorneys, accountants, collection agencies, debt buyers, and insurance companies in the defense of all manner of tort and statutory claims. Nick currently chairs the Kightlinger & Gray Professional Liability Practice Group, focusing upon the defense of lawyers, accountants, architects, and engineers.

    John Drummy is a Senior Partner in the Kightlinger & Gray Indianapolis office and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. John is a skilled attorney with over 30 years of experience handling Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Professional Liability, Appellate, Data Breach and Securities Litigation matters. John has handled hundreds of appeals, with nearly 100 published opinions.

    Jake Zigenfus earned his undergraduate degree at Indiana University in 2018, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He then enrolled at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2021. Upon graduation, Jake was honored with the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence, recognizing students who worked the most pro-bono hours while in school, with Jake being inside the top 10% of this classification.

    Erin Clancy is a senior partner in Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office and is one of five members of our Management Committee. Prior to her work as a litigator at Kightlinger & Gray, Erin’s practice focused on real estate transactions. She brings that experience to her professional liability practice, including work with realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, inspectors, property owners associations, and closing agents as well as litigation involving land use and/or management, and title and boundary disputes. Erin majored in biology when receiving her undergraduate degree and regularly uses that knowledge when handling product liability-related matters, especially those cases pertaining to medical devices, as well as toxic and/or mass torts.

    Crystal Rowe is one of five members of Kightlinger & Gray’s Management Committee. She spent five years working as a judicial clerk at the Indiana Court of Appeals and another year working as a trial court clerk in Allen County before joining Kightlinger & Gray. These experiences give her a deep understanding of appellate and trial practice, enabling her to more efficiently assist clients with Appellate, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Professional Liability, and General Insurance Defense matters. Crystal also has experience before the Department of Administration.

    Casey Stafford is a General Partner in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray. She focuses her practice on insurance defense matters, including Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith and Professional Liability, primarily focusing on the defense of insurance agents. Casey also handles Commercial Collections for small to medium size businesses. She is the Chair of the firm’s Coverage and Bad Faith practice group. She has mastered the art of early dispositive motions in Insurance Coverage matters and is a skilled trial lawyer.

    Ashley Canan is an associate in our Indianapolis office and joined the firm in 2021. Ashley’s prior experience includes interning with Lake County Prosecutor’s Office in the felony division, CLEO internship program with the Court of Appeals of Indiana, family law with a prestigious firm in Chicago, and working on the other side of defense work with plaintiff’s personal injury firms in Indianapolis.
