Overview

Kightlinger & Gray defends clients in wrongful death lawsuits arising from transportation incidents, workplace accidents, product failures, law enforcement encounters and other catastrophic events. These cases require compassion, clarity, and confident litigation and trial skills—qualities our litigators bring to every file.

Our team recognizes these claims require coordination and skilled representation from the moment a tragic loss occurs. We help clients compile necessary information and documentation to defend themselves, evaluate risk, navigate media exposure, and protect their interests while respecting the sensitivity of the situation.
