John Drummy is an attorney with over 30 years of experience handling Appellate, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Professional Liability Defense of insurance agents, and Securities Litigation matters. John has handled hundreds of appeals, with nearly 100 published opinions. He is able to use his Appellate experience in other matters to help clients preserve error at trial and decide if an appeal is appropriate.

John is a frequent presenter and writer. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of Publications for the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) Appellate Practice Committee and the Vice Chair of Journal for the IADC’s Professional Liability Committee. This involvement assists him in keeping up to date on trends in the law, both in Indiana and nationally. John is also active in the bad faith sub-committee of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and is a member of other professional and legal organizations. John is a member of the firm’s five-member Management Committee, and serves as Chair of the firm’s Data Security Practice Group.  Since 2010, John has been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers list published in Indiana Super Lawyers Magazine.
