

Jeff Hawkins is one of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee members. He routinely defends and tries cases involving pharmaceuticals, pharmacies and pharmacists. He also litigates matters for many national retailers in such areas as Bodily Injury Defense and Property Damage matters. Jeff has experience litigating Product Liability cases involving allegations of Failure to Warn, and Defective Design. Additionally, he handles Estate Planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care designations. He also handles Probate Administration and litigation. Jeff practices in both Indiana State court and Federal court. He is a member of various legal organizations and a frequent speaker on topics relating to his areas of practice.
