William G. Hussman, Jr.
Of Counsel
Bill Hussmann is a former U.S. Magistrate Judge who joined Kightlinger & Gray’s Evansville office in 2016, after retiring from the bench. He presided over a wide range of civil cases in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and now focuses his practice on Alternative Dispute Resolution, including handling mediations and arbitrations. Bill performs mediations and arbitrations at all Kightlinger & Gray locations. Since February 2016, he has conducted over 200 private mediations throughout all parts of Indiana.

TJ Jarzyniecki is a member of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee. He devotes much of his practice to, and therefore has extensive experience with, fire-related matters. He routinely handles large losses involving fires and explosions causing personal injuries, fatalities and property damage. He uses his more than 30 years of experience to spearhead pre-suit investigations, including evidence preservation, expert retention and early claim evaluation.

Jeff Lowe is a partner at Kightlinger & Gray in New Albany, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. He is chair of the Employment and Civil Rights practice group. Michael Brown uses his many years of experience and rich background to assist clients in protecting their legal interests. Libby Valos Moss focuses her practice on the defense of employers in administrative proceedings, as well as litigation and counseling. Erin Clancy is a senior partner in Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office and is one of five members of our Management Committee. Prior to her work as a litigator at Kightlinger & Gray, Erin’s practice focused on real estate transactions. She brings that experience to her professional liability practice, including work with realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, inspectors, property owners associations, and closing agents as well as litigation involving land use and/or management, and title and boundary disputes. Erin majored in biology when receiving her undergraduate degree and regularly uses that knowledge when handling product liability-related matters, especially those cases pertaining to medical devices, as well as toxic and/or mass torts.
