    Timothy Stucky serves as an Attorney at Kightlinger & Gray’s New Albany office, where his journey began as a Summer Law Clerk in 2020 before officially joining the firm as an Attorney in 2022. His extensive civil litigation practice covers a wide array of legal areas, including personal injury, premises liability, insurance subrogation, debt collection under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act, wrongful death, dram shop liability, employment disputes, and defending governmental entities and their employees.

    TJ Jarzyniecki is a member of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee. He devotes much of his practice to, and therefore has extensive experience with, fire-related matters. He routinely handles large losses involving fires and explosions causing personal injuries, fatalities and property damage. He uses his more than 30 years of experience to spearhead pre-suit investigations, including evidence preservation, expert retention and early claim evaluation.

    Jeff Lowe is a partner at Kightlinger & Gray in New Albany, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky. He is chair of the Employment and Civil Rights practice group. He regularly defends governmental entities and their employees throughout Southern Indiana and Kentucky. His practice focuses on defense of governmental entities and their employees on issues ranging from constitutional torts to zoning matters to employment issues, as well as state law claims made against his governmental clients.

    Mike Wroblewski is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray, and serves as Chair of the firm’s Transportation Practice Group. He currently focuses his practice on defending individual and corporate clients in personal injury litigation. He routinely appears before State and Federal courts, and has been admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. Mike has tried over 20 jury trials to verdict. Mike is a member of various legal and professional organizations, including the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), and is an active member of the community.

    Matt is an associate attorney in Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office. Prior to joining the firm, Matt was a Deputy Attorney General in the Indiana office of the Attorney General’s Government Litigation section. In that role, Matt gained extensive federal and state court experience in a variety of areas representing state agencies and state employees including 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims, small claims, habeas and post-conviction relief petitions, and petitions for removal from the Sex and Violent Offender registry. Matt also clerked in the Appeals section of the Attorney General’s office in law school, where he worked on civil and criminal appeals in state and federal courts.

    Jake Zigenfus earned his undergraduate degree at Indiana University in 2018, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He then enrolled at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2021. Upon graduation, Jake was honored with the Norman Lefstein Award of Excellence, recognizing students who worked the most pro-bono hours while in school, with Jake being inside the top 10% of this classification.

Todd is a board member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and is a past president of the Indiana State Bar Association.
