Timothy Stucky serves as an Attorney at Kightlinger & Gray’s New Albany office, where his journey began as a Summer Law Clerk in 2020 before officially joining the firm as an Attorney in 2022. Matt is an associate attorney in Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office. Prior to joining the firm, Matt was a Deputy Attorney General in the Indiana office of the Attorney General’s Government Litigation section. In that role, Matt gained extensive federal and state court experience in a variety of areas representing state agencies and state employees including 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims, small claims, habeas and post-conviction relief petitions, and petitions for removal from the Sex and Violent Offender registry. Matt also clerked in the Appeals section of the Attorney General’s office in law school, where he worked on civil and criminal appeals in state and federal courts.
