Kristen Carroll is a Senior Partner in the Indianapolis office who maintains a practice of General Defense Litigation in the areas of Premises Liability, Transportation, Products Liability, Bad Faith and Corporate & Business Litigation.  Kristen also counsels employers on Pre-Litigation Workers Compensation, and Employment related issues.  She regularly represents clients before the State and Federal Courts and before the Indiana Workers’ Compensation board.
