    Timothy Stucky has served as an Attorney at Kightlinger & Gray’s New Albany office, since 2022. His civil litigation practice covers a wide array of legal areas, including real estate litigation, personal injury, premises liability, insurance subrogation, debt collection, employment disputes, and defending governmental entities and their employees.

    Tiffany Guthrie is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray. She joined the firm after nearly three years of experience as an administrative law Judge for the Department of Workforce Development, wherein she presided over matters of unemployment disputes. Prior to serving as an Administrative Law Judge, Tiffany represented plaintiffs in personal injury matters throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

    TJ Jarzyniecki is a member of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee. He devotes much of his practice to, and therefore has extensive experience with, fire-related matters. He routinely handles large losses involving fires and explosions causing personal injuries, fatalities and property damage. He uses his more than 30 years of experience to spearhead pre-suit investigations, including evidence preservation, expert retention and early claim evaluation.

    Based in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray, Pfenne Cantrell handles complex litigation including Construction, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Subrogation and Fire-related casualties, Product Liability, Securities, and Aviation cases. An economics major as an undergrad, Pfenne uses the knowledge and skills he learned to approach complex matters in a thorough, yet concise manner.

    Mike Wroblewski is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray, and serves as Chair of the firm’s Transportation Practice Group. He currently focuses his practice on defending individual and corporate clients in personal injury litigation. He routinely appears before State and Federal courts, and has been admitted to practice law in Indiana and Illinois. Mike has extensive jury and bench trial experience and has tried over 20 trials to verdict.  Mike is a member of various legal and professional organizations, including the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), and is an active member of the community.

    John Halstead is an attorney in the Merrillville (northern Indiana) Kightlinger & Gray office with over 20 years’ experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in automobile, homeowner’s, and commercial liability claims, as well as self-insured businesses in premise liability and worker’s compensation defense. John also represents title companies and their insureds in title insurance and escrow claims, and local contractors in mechanic’s lien and construction litigation.

    Christopher Moon is an associate attorney practicing in Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office. Being a born and bred Hoosier, Christopher attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University for his undergrad and stayed in Bloomington, IN to attend the Maurer School of Law.

    Ashley Canan is an associate in our Indianapolis office and joined the firm in 2021. Ashley’s prior experience includes interning with Lake County Prosecutor’s Office in the felony division, CLEO internship program with the Court of Appeals of Indiana, family law with a prestigious firm in Chicago, and working on the other side of defense work with plaintiff’s personal injury firms in Indianapolis.
