Thomas J. Jarzyniecki, Jr
Senior Partner
TJ Jarzyniecki is a member of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee. He devotes much of his practice to, and therefore has extensive experience with, fire-related matters. He routinely handles large losses involving fires and explosions causing personal injuries, fatalities and property damage. He uses his more than 30 years of experience to spearhead pre-suit investigations, including evidence preservation, expert retention and early claim evaluation.

Jonathan O. Chenoweth

Jonathan Chenoweth earned his J.D. from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law. From 2004 to 2021, he worked at the Office of the Public Defender of Indiana, concentrating on indigent defense and appellate practice. Between 2023 and 2025, he served as an adjunct professor at McKinney’s Wrongful Conviction Clinic, supervising students appearing in trial courts throughout Indiana.
