William E. Smith, III
William “Bill” Smith has been practicing law in Indiana for over 30 years and has handled a variety of issues. Bill’s current practice includes Bankruptcy matters, for the debtor and for corporations, Commercial Collections, and Business and Corporate transactions for small to medium size businesses. Bill also handles Civil Rights cases, Construction matters, Estate Planning and Probate Administration, Governmental Liability, and Zoning matters. Bill is an active member of ACA International, an association for credit and collection professionals. He is currently the ACA Member Attorney Program state chair for Kentucky. Bill is also active in other professional and legal organizations, as well as being on the Board of Directors of Rauch, Inc.
