TJ Jarzyniecki is a member of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee.. He devotes much of his practice to, and therefore has extensive experience with, fire-related matters. He routinely handles large losses involving fires and explosions causing personal injuries, fatalities and property damage. He uses his more than 30 years of experience to spearhead pre-suit investigations, including evidence preservation, expert retention and early claim evaluation. His trial experience finds him handling cases related to a wide range of products as well as defending fire suppression system installers and inspectors. In addition, he regularly works with insurance companies on a variety of first-party issues. TJ also defends local utility companies in litigation related to personal injury, property damage and wrongful death. Since 2012, TJ has been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers list published in Indiana Super Lawyers Magazine.
TJ currently serves as Chair of the Fire Science and Litigation Specialized Litigation Group (SLG) for the Defense Research Institute (DRI). He is also active in the Indiana Chapter of Claims Litigation Management (CLM) and is a member of several other legal and professional associations. TJ frequently writes and speaks on topics related to his practice, in addition to publishing articles.
TJ is also the President of the Glendale Soccer Association, a recreational Youth Soccer organization that serves more than 500 kids for Spring and Fall soccer programs on the Northeast side of Indianapolis.
