In addition, he is active in the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International) and has significant consumer law defense and litigation experience, including both individual and class action claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). He routinely advises clients on the protection of personal health information and has experience defending clients in claims alleging privacy breaches, including class action claims following data breaches.
Nick is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and is a fellow with the Indianapolis Bar Foundation. Nick is a member of several legal and professional organizations, including Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI), and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
