Nicholas W. Levi, Senior Partner

Nick Levi is a partner in the Indianapolis office with a diverse litigation practice. Throughout his career, Nick has handled a broad spectrum of civil tort litigation, with particular emphasis on Professional Liability, Construction Litigation, Creditor’s Rights, and Privacy/Data Security. He has experience working with attorneys, accountants, collection agencies, debt buyers, and insurance companies in the defense of all manner of tort and statutory claims.

Nick currently chairs the firms Professional Liability Practice Group, focusing upon the defense of lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers. In addition, he is active in the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International) and has significant consumer law defense experience, including both individual and class action claims involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  He routinely advises clients on the protection of personal health information and has experience defending clients in claims alleging privacy breaches, including class-based claims alleging data breaches.

Nick is a member of several legal and professional organizations, including Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI), and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Since 2017, he has been selected as a SuperLawyer by the Indiana Super Lawyers Magazine. Previously, from 2009 through 2016, he was selected for inclusion on that publication’s Rising Stars list.
