Marcia A. Mahony
Marcia Mahony represents employers in all aspects of the employer/employee relationship. She advises clients on a wide range of employment matters, including issues related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, labor regulations, and wage and hour compliance. Marcia drafts and reviews employment policies and handbooks, and she represents clients in responding to discrimination claims filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and other regulatory agencies.
In addition to advising business clients, her employment law experience includes representing municipalities and school districts in employment-related claims brought by current and former employees. In addition, Marcia advocates for employers in employment litigation. Before entering the legal field, Marcia served as a university administrator.
