Kristen Carroll concentrates her legal practice on defending businesses in employment-related litigation.  She has extensive experience in representing employers throughout the litigation process before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board.

Kristen is routinely involved at the early stages of investigation and claims management, providing guidance to employers and adjusters on the handling of workers’ compensation claims and ensuring compliance with the Indiana Workers’ Compensation Act.  She also advises businesses on employment-related issues arising from workers’ compensation injuries, with the goal of minimizing the risk of employment claims and future liability.

Kristen’s dedication to her practice has earned her recognition as an Indiana Rising Star and an Indiana Super Lawyer since 2010 as well as the honor of being recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Worker’s Compensation defense.  She has an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating as published by Martindale Hubbell.

Kristen is the firm’s liaison for The Harmonie Group, an invitation-only international legal network, where she also serves as co-chair of the Worker’s Compensation Committee. In addition to her practice, Kristen has served as the Chair of the firm’s Marketing Committee since 2015, leading the firm through various marketing campaigns and striving to maintain open communication between clients and the firm.
