Jonathan E. Halm

Jonathan Halm is a partner in the Merrillville (Northwest Indiana) office of Kightlinger & Gray. He has more than 15 years of litigation experience in a variety of substantive legal areas. His practice focuses on insurance defense litigation inclusive of the following areas: premises liability, auto and transportation – both simple and catastrophic in damages, commercial litigation, professional liability, government and civil rights liability, construction and industrial accident liability, and insurance coverage. Jonathan defends clients in the Federal and State Courts of Indiana and Illinois. He has a wealth of experience practicing in both states. His deep understanding of the law and practice in these jurisdictions helps him to secure favorable outcomes for clients in litigation involving interstate issues.
