John Drummy is a Senior Partner in the Kightlinger & Gray Indianapolis office and a member of the firm’s Management Committee. John is also a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board.
John is a skilled attorney with over 30 years of experience handling Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Professional Liability, Appellate, Data Breach and Securities Litigation matters. John has handled hundreds of appeals, with nearly 100 published opinions. He is able to use his Appellate experience in other matters to help clients preserve error at trial and decide if an appeal is appropriate.
John is a frequent presenter and writer. He serves as the Vice Chair of Publications for the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) Appellate Practice Committee. He is also active in the bad faith sub-committee of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and is a member of other professional and legal organizations. John’s involvement in these professional organizations has supported his constant education in stay on the forefront of developing law and trial skills, both for the State of Indiana and on a national level.
