Jacqueline Pozadas

Jacqueline Pozadas focuses her law practice on the defense of businesses in employment-related litigation. Her expertise is in the concentration of litigation before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board. Jacqueline assists employers in worker’s compensation disputes including compensability decisions, through all states of litigation, from claim investigation and discovery tnhrough hearings, settlement negotiations, and appeals.

Jacqueline earned her bachelor’s degrees in Policital Science and Legal Studies from Ball State University. Jacqueline earned her J.D. from Northern Illinois Univeristy College of Law, where she was Treasurer of the Latinx Law Student Association.

She is actively engaged in the legal community and has served as the Chair for the Worker’s Compensation Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI). When not at work, Jacqueline enjoys exploring new coffee shops or spending time with her family in Illinois and friends.
