Todd Spurgeon is a litigator with significant trial experience. Todd routinely appears in State and Federal courts, handling a wide range of insurance defense matters. Todd is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is only open to those with significant jury trial experience and high personal character and reputation. Todd is a board member of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and is a past president of the Indiana State Bar Association. He is an active member of national and local bar associations, holding positions on various committees over the last several years. In addition to his involvement in other legal and professional organizations, Todd serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Kentuckiana, and is a member of the Lions Club of New Albany.
