

Brian Broecker is an associate attorney in Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office. Prior to joining the firm, Brian was an Intensive Deputy Attorney General at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In that role, Brian gained valuable experience helping defend various Indiana State Agencies. Brian’s first role in the legal field was as a clerk for Judge Heather Barajas in Montgomery County where his passion for litigation was sparked.
Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2021. Brian majored in Political Science and minored in Business Administration and History. Brian is a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity where he held numerous roles. Following graduation, Brian attended The George Washington University Law School, in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Brian was a member of the Public Contracts Law Journal and his note titled, The Boyle Defense for Government Contractor Liability: The Setbacks of the Current Standard and the Need for a Less Restrictive Defense, was published in Volume 53 in 2024.
Outside of his legal practice, Brian enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and caring for his puppy, Lillie.
