Kightlinger & Gray obtained a defense verdict in a jury trial in US District Court in Evansville in September. The matter involved a collision between our client’s vehicle and a pedestrian in the pre-dawn hours. As a result of the incident, which was captured on surveillance video, the pedestrian suffered catastrophic injuries, including paraplegia. The plaintiff sought more than $15 Million at trial. We tried the case over 3 days, and the jury returned a defense verdict for our client.
