Elizabeth E. Harper
Elizabeth Harper is an attorney with a diverse background, including a private general practice, successfully advocating for clients in all levels of the court system in various legal fields, including family law, criminal defense, real estate, guardianships, and adoptions. She has extensive experience in subrogation recovery, successfully winning awards for funds paid by insurance companies on claims caused by third parties. Finally, as in-house counsel for a large insurance company, Elizabeth is proficient in insurance defense litigation, representing personal and commercial clients in complex personal injury claims resulting from motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, general negligence, and dog bites. She is well-versed in the Indiana Motor Vehicle Code and analysis of the damage and injuries that can result from motor vehicle crashes.
Elizabeth was on the Dean’s List for academic achievement while attending Indiana University Bloomington earning degrees in Political Science and Psychology. She was also on the Dean’s List at Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor. In law school, she served as a research assistant to one of her professors.
Outside of being an attorney, Elizabeth is an avid bowler, enjoys seeing live performances with her husband, and loves traveling to new places with her family.
