Tracey L. Buzzard, Attorney

Tracey joined Kightlinger & Gray, LLP as an Associate with the Indianapolis office after four years of experience as an Administrative Law Judge and Senior Attorney with the State of Indiana-Workforce Development. While practicing with the State, Tracey presided over administrative unemployment and tax liability hearings and found public work proved to be both challenging and fulfilling. Prior to her work with the State of Indiana, she gained experience with a number of smaller firms dealing with medical malpractice, personal injury, estates, guardianship and worker’s compensation. Her varied professional background has broadened her insight and understanding of each party’s point of view which allows her to formulate a well-considered plan for achieving her clients’ goals.

When not practicing law, Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys cheering them on in all of their numerous school sporting events and productions. You may also find her tending to various animals on her family’s hobby farm.
