Stephen McGrady

Stephen McGrady has focused his legal practice on the defense of Indiana worker’s compensation claims since 2017. Stephen has represented the interests of employers, insurers, and third-party administrators throughout all stages of worker’s compensation matters, including investigation, compensability opinion, litigation, and settlement. Stephen prides himself on providing timely, collaborative, and comprehensive advice to clients regarding defenses, exposure, and strategies for claims handling for any matters falling under the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board’s jurisdiction.
Stephen graduated from Illinois College (Jacksonville, IL) and Southern Illinois University School of Law (Carbondale, IL). Before his worker’s compensation practice, Stephen lived and worked in Hillsboro, IN, where he served as the county’s chief deputy prosecuting attorney.
Stephen now lives in Zionsville, Indiana, with his wife and daughters. In 2023, Stephen completed his lifelong goal of attending a game at every active Major League Baseball stadium. He is now on a mission to attend a baseball game in all 50 states.
