Samantha J. Preston, Chief Financial Officer

Samantha Preston comes to Kightlinger & Gray, LLP with over 30 years of experience in public accounting, private/corporate accounting, governmental accounting, and banking. 13 years of her past experience was within the legal industry serving as Controller of a large law firm in Bloomington, IN. She is a former Adjunct Professor from the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in Bloomington whereby she taught Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Tax, and Audit. Samantha effectively oversees the firm’s accounting practices where she exudes strong leadership, provides ideas for strategic advancements and enhances the firm’s overall financial growth. She collaborates with the firm’s Directors and various Committees providing annual budgets, forecasts, year-to-date reviews, and oversees the firm’s expense management program.  She previously served on the Board of Directors for the IU, Kelley School of Business Alumni Association as Chair and Co-Chair of the annual Business Conference.
