Rachael A. McMillen

Rachael McMillen is an attorney in the New Albany, Indiana Kightlinger & Gray office. Her current practice focuses on civil litigation primarily in the areas of transportation, civil rights and municipal liability, premises liability, commercial collections and business and corporate transactions for small to medium size businesses. While in law school Rachael was a judicial extern to the Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez, worked as a clerk at an active litigation firm, and participated in moot court competitions. Rachael embraces the challenges of litigation and works diligently under pressure while always maintaining consistent, strong communication with her clients.
