Phil is an attorney at the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray where his practice focuses on Worker’s Compensation and Employment matters. Prior to joining Kightlinger & Gray, Phil was a Deputy Attorney General at the Indiana Office of Attorney General where he led trade regulation investigations, brought trade regulation enforcement actions, and represented the State of Indiana in multistate antitrust lawsuits. Phil was also previously a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County where he conducted over a dozen jury trials in the Narcotics, Firearms, and Gangs division. Phil’s experience in building cases from the plaintiff side gives him a unique perspective on the defense side for thoroughly investigating and gathering all facts necessary to successfully advocate for clients in both negotiations and contested settings.
Phil received his law degree from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where he was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award. Phil received his bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from University of St. Francis where he was on the cross country and track teams.
