Nathan Pagryzinski is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray, LLP, where his practice focuses on Insurance Defense Litigation and Transportation Defense Litigation. Nathan has successfully defensed national transportation companies in state and federal court in cases involving catastrophic injuries.
Prior to joining Kightlinger & Gray, Nathan defended hospitals, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals in all stages of litigation, from medical review panel proceedings through trial and appeal, and before professional licensing boards. Nathan also defended correctional healthcare corporations and employees from constitutional claims in state and federal court.
Nathan earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where he advanced to the final rounds of the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition and served as a Practice Group Advisor to mentor younger law students. Before law school, Nathan studied Political Science and Spanish at Butler University.
