Jeff Hawkins is one of Kightlinger & Gray’s five-member Management Committee members. He routinely defends and tries cases involving catastrophic loss and complex litigation. He also litigates matters for many national retailers and hoteliers in such areas as Bodily Injury Defense, Property Damage and indemnity matters. Jeff has experience litigating Product Liability cases involving allegations of Manufacturing Defect, Failure to Warn and Defective Design. He also defends professionals against allegations of legal malpractice. Further, he defends cases involving defamation and invasion of privacy. Additionally, he handles Estate Planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care designations. Jeff also handles Probate Administration and litigation. Jeff practices in both Indiana State court and Federal court. He is a member of various legal organizations and a frequent speaker on topics relating to his areas of practice.
