Emilee is an attorney at Kightlinger and Gray’s Indianapolis office. Emilee’s current practice focuses on Transportation and Professional Liability matters.
Prior to joining Kightlinger and Gray, Emilee worked at the Marion County Public Defender’s Office and the State Public Defender’s Office. In these roles, Emilee successfully litigated cases both at the trial and the appellate level throughout the state of Indiana.
Emilee earned her J.D. from Faulkner Law in Montgomery, Alabama. While in law school, Emilee was Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, a 1L Moot Court finalist, and was awarded the Merit of Pro Bono Distinction. During law school Emilee also gained valuable practical experience working in the family law clinic and clerking for the Federal Defender’s Office.
