Duncan C. Street, Attorney

Duncan is an associate attorney at the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray. Duncan’s current practice focuses on Insurance Defense Litigation and Transportation.

Before joining Kightlinger and Gray, Duncan worked for the Johnson County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. During his time as a Prosecutor, Duncan gained significant litigation experience by managing a large caseload and conducting numerous bench trials.

Duncan graduated from Missouri Southern State University’s Honor College with a Major in Political Science and minors in International Relations as well as Legal Research and Writing.

While at Missouri Southern, Duncan was a Glen Dolence Leadership Award Winner, Mock Trial Team Captain, and held numerous positions within his fraternity, Kappa Sigma. In Law School, Duncan was the Trial Chair for the Board of Advocates and won the Phi Alpha Delta National Law School Trial Competition in 2020 along with his three teammates.

Outside of his legal practice, Duncan enjoys spending time with his wife Krystal, fishing, reading, building computers, and playing video games with his friends back home in Arkansas.
