Chase Parker is an attorney in the Indianapolis office of Kightlinger & Gray LLP, where he primarily focuses on Transportation law and Insurance Defense litigation. Chase delivers a personal dedication to each case and strives to ensure his client’s best interests are met at any stage of litigation.
Prior to joining Kightlinger & Gray, Chase served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. As a deputy prosecutor, Chase served the State of Indiana and advocated on the behalf of victims in the Misdemeanor/Level 6 Felony Division. He also obtained successful guilty verdicts in both jury and bench trials. Chase possesses a strong background of litigation to help clients navigate a case from start to finish. He brings a broad range of legal experience, starting at a small private firm in South Bend, IN, where he focused on family law, personal injury, criminal defense, business entity formation, and estate planning.
Chase graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018. Chase earned a certificate in Trial Advocacy as a member of MSU Law’s Trial Practice Institute. Chase also received Jurisprudence Awards for Negotiations and Trial Advocacy. While at MSU Law, Chase served as the President for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and was a member of Moot Court Board of Advocates- Mock Trial Team. Chase competed in national and regional competitions and received numerous awards, including Finalist for the American Association for Justice Trial Competition, Semi-Finalist for the William Daniel Trial Competition, and Quarterfinalist for the National Trial Competition.
Chase earned his B.S. in Sports Management from Seton Hill University, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2015. He was also a member of the Division II football and baseball teams. He is currently licensed to practice in the State of Indiana and the Northern District of Indiana.
