Cary L. Sible, Director of Human Resources

Cary Sible is our Human Resources Director, having joined the firm with over 25 years of Business Management experience, specializing in Human Resources. Cary’s vast amount of Human Resources experience was gained from publicly traded corporations to small companies. Cary believes in the power of building great teams through mutual respect, transparency, and communication.

After graduating from Defiance College with a degree in Business Administration, she attended the University of Toledo College of Law, with scholarship honors. Cary thoroughly enjoyed law school; however during that experience, she discovered that people, rather than the law, are her true passion. She then obtained her MBA with a Human Resources Management focus from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Cary is an active member of the Indiana Association of Legal Administrators and The Society for Human Resource Management. To pay it forward for all the help Cary has received along the way, she loves volunteering at high schools, to not only encourage our future workforce, but to help provide them with the tools they need to succeed.  To help facilitate this she currently serves on the Board for the Greenfield Central School Foundation.  This foundation connects our community to the classroom to support student learning, provide extraordinary classroom experiences and prepare all students for success. In her free time Cary enjoys going to her children’s sporting events, cooking, kayaking, and traveling.
