

Brett is an attorney at Kightlinger & Gray’s Indianapolis office. Brett’s practice focuses on Worker’s Compensation, Employment, and Municipal Government matters. Brett represents employers and municipalities before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Kightlinger & Gray, Brett practiced as an Assistant Public Defender in Wilmington, Delaware. His time as an Assistant Public Defender allowed Brett to hone his litigation skills by advising and representing clients at all stages of litigation.
Brett graduated magna cum laude from Widener University – Delaware Law School in 2014. During his time in law school, Brett served as External Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review and was awarded the Public Defender of the State of Delaware Public Sector Law Award. Brett also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in 2011.
