Timothy Stucky is an associate with Kightlinger & Gray’s New Albany office. Tim first joined the firm as a law clerk while attending the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Tim joined the firm full time as an attorney in March 2022. His prior practice focused on real estate transactions. His experience includes work with builders, contractors, project managers, landowners, realtors, mortgage brokers, appraisers, inspectors, property managers, property owners associations, and closing agents, as well as litigation involving land use and/or management, and title and boundary disputes.
Tim has a diverse litigation practice focusing in the areas of insurance defense, subrogation, debt collection, residential and commercial evictions, landlord-tenant disputes, real estate, construction, municipal government, and civil rights. Tim has been an at-large member of the Small/Solo Firm Division of the Indianapolis Bar Association since 2021.
