His work at Hackman Hulett LLP concentrated on business and corporate litigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, real estate litigation, land use, property management, construction defects, and title and boundary disputes.
Tim has built a successful litigation career within Indiana’s state courts, participating in numerous trials. His dedication to his clients has been evident through his effective preparation and presentation of winning directed verdicts and motions for summary judgment, consistently achieving favorable outcomes. When insurance policies are involved, he is prepared to provide a robust defense.
His educational foundation includes graduating from Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, Indiana, in 2017, where he completed a double major in Business and Theatre, along with minors in Entrepreneurship and Writing. After his undergraduate studies, he worked for the U.S. Department of Commerce before pursuing his law degree at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
