Michael (Mike) Brown – Michael (Mike) Brown – With a rich background from practicing law for over 35 years, Mike Brown has handled and tried to verdict a wide variety of civil disputes and appeals. As an active member of many national organizations, he has been a frequent speaker and program coordinator in the areas of professional liability and issuance coverage litigation. He has twice been selected as the Lawyer of the Year in Indianapolis in the area of legal malpractice defense by Best Lawyers in America. He is a registered civil mediator but remains an active litigator focusing on professional liability and disciplinary matters, insurance coverage and bad faith, and corporate and business litigation.

William (Bill) Hussmann – William (Bill) Hussmann – During his nearly 28-year judicial career as a United States Magistrate Judge, Bill Hussmann conducted bench and jury trials, and wrote approximately 50 opinions each year. Much of his time each year was also spent conducting approximately 150 mediation-style settlement conferences where parties were present in person. Bill recently completed the necessary training to be listed as an arbitrator with the American Arbitrator Association. Bill is frequently arbitrating employment and consumer claims as an Arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association.

James (Jim) Roehrdanz – With experience practicing in various areas of the state, Jim has a unique perspective on litigation in Indiana. He concentrates in personal injury and property damage matters, involving products liability, premises liability, and transportation and construction defects. Jim is a Registered Civil Mediator and currently a member of the Attorney Fee Dispute Resolution Committee of the Indiana State Bar Associate. He also serves as chair of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group.

Richard (Dick) Young – Years of experience enable Dick Young to handle litigation matters of a variety of clients in an experienced, practical, and efficient manner. He has been recognized with several awards over the years, signifying his ability to interact with opposing counsel in a civil and ethical manner. Most notably to ADR, Dick has been selected as a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. His current practice focuses are on ADR, transportation, premises liability, product liability, and professional liability.
