

Brett Roebuck is an Indiana Registered Paralegal with our Indianapolis office. He has worked in private sector law since 2017 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from Ball State University, a program approved by the American Bar Association.
He has acquired a diverse amount of experience in multiple areas of law throughout his career, such as bankruptcy, debt reorganization, family law, small business law, real estate law, estate planning for individuals and families, probate law, criminal law and corporate law as well as commercial litigation in both state and federal court. Working in all phases of litigation, Brett has supported many attorneys in multiple jurisdictions throughout the nation in employment law, focusing on employment discrimination and complex, high-stakes trade secret cases. Brett is detail-oriented and dedicated to assisting attorneys and clients in reaching their legal goals and objectives.
Outside the office, Brett is an avid traveler and outdoorsman.
